Five finalists from across the UK gathered at Le Cordon Bleu’s Cord restaurant to contest this year’s Gosset Matchmakers competition. With a combination of their restaurant’s increasing Japanese/Asian influence, but with a seasonal, earthy, autumnal twist the Fischer’s Baslow team’s signature dish triumphed and took 1st place!
